TERMS and POLICIES

  • Zoom Meeting Policies & Etiquette
    No audio or video recordings are permitted from any attendee or participant, unless all parties have granted permission for a recording to take place. Inappropriate and/or disrespectful comments or behaviors will result in removal from the zoom meeting. No refund will be issued (see our No Refund Policy). Join zoom meetings, classes and session from a quite place. Opt to use headphones if you are able. Use the mute/unmute feature to your ability as a courtesy to other participants. These actions will not only enhance your hearing capabilities and your personal participation experience, it will help prevent background interruptions that can negatively affect all participants. Make sure you are familiar with logging into and using Zoom well before Zoom meeting are to begin. You may find tutorials on this Zoom Support page useful. NOTE: This step is an important one because neither Teresa, nor her staff, are able to assist you with technical difficulties (related to hardware, software, internet connectivity, zoom accounts, etc.) Make sure the device you will be using to Zoom is fully charged and /or sufficiently plug-into an outlet. In order to prevent participants talking over each other, it is advised participants raise their hand to be seen and acknowledged. Teresa will then call on you to unmute your mic and share your question or comment.
  • Refund Policy
    We have a No Refunds Policy with no exceptions. We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy. You must notify the office by email at info@teresastfrances.com and/or by telephone at 201-475-1044, 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel and retain your service. However, if you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, we will work to get you scheduled for another mutually convenient time.
  • Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
    We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy. You must notify the office by email at info@teresastfrances.com and/or by telephone at 201-475-1044, 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel and retain your service. We have a No Refunds Policy with no exceptions. However, if you cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment, we will work to get you scheduled for another mutually convenient time.
  • Payment for Services
    Readings, personal sessions, classes and events must be purchased in advance to hold a booking slot. No refunds will be given. No exceptions. You can purchase your service via bank card or credit card. We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy. You must notify the office by email at info@teresastfrances.com and/or by telephone at 201-475-1044, 24 hours prior to your appointment in order to cancel and retain your service.
  • Recording a Session
    No session, reading or other meeting with Teresa will be recorded in any fashion (audio or video) without express written consent by both Teresa and Client. Teresa will never record any service without getting consent. Clients are not allowed to record readings or session without first requesting permission from Teresa. Be sure to bring a note pad (digital or old fashion paper and pen) to your readings and sessions. Also be prepared with a list of key questions you wish to ask.
